Our ethos is based upon functional movements that the body is designed to make but often inhibited to do in our everyday lives. We have expertise in training clients who are new to exercise and never set foot into a gym, right through to athletes training for a specific event such as a marathon.
Our private studio is kitted out with the latest equipment such as kettlebells to punchbags to resistant bands so that your training is varied, effective and fun. We work on improving each individual’s posture, speed, strength and performance through bespoke training. Forms of training include boxing, running, weight-training, yoga and functional strength work. Our most valuable asset is space; our studio is a New York loft-style training studio with a light airy feel with high ceilings. We also have a comfortable waiting area and free parking space to ensure you arrive stress free and ready to go.
Ora Fitness training can be one to one, in couples or in small groups to ensure maximum attention and is personal right down to the music playing in the background, fresh towels and filtered water. We can also train you at home, outside or at your workplace.
We offer a FREE consultation for new clients to discuss your fitness background and we then design your bespoke training schedule. We do not believe in scales so we regulate your progress through measurements and performance to constantly help you to reach your goals.
