Along with personal training we thought we would offer something NEW for existing and new clients in Brighton and Hove. Emma joins the team as our Pre and Post Natal expert who is also a Stott Pilates teacher. She specialises in helping mums to be and mums to get their cores stronger and improve their posture through Pilates exercises.
If you are a runner, sports player or experienced exerciser she can also help your strengthen core, address muscle imbalance and overuse injuries to help improve performance and reduce risk of injury.
Fitness Self defence
Matt has come on board to offer a fun, challenging and unique take on fitness. His fusion of learning self defence moves, martial arts and good old fitness training is fun and effective.
Our studio has excellent equipment such as Concept2 rower, Xtrainer and Bike along with kettlebells, weights, functional equipment and TRX. Matt uses a a combination of learning martial arts and self defence moves with cardiovascular and strength moves give a rounded and fun class.
We are offering a £20 trial session for Pilates, Fitness Self Defence or Personal Training one to one session for Spring 2015
