Nutritional assessments – Feeling bloated. sluggish and want to feel lighter and leaner? Try a bespoke nutritional assessment just £20 with Aimee or Jen to kickstart your healthy eating for 2013

Cardio Fit Tuesdays 7.00pm – Small group classes with Toby for people who have existing or previous cardiac problems, such as high blood pressure or coronary heart disease.

Pre and Post Natal classes – Are you expecting or recently had a new arrival? Our Owner and Head Trainer Jen is expecting so is keen to run a exercise class for mums to be and new mums. A great way to safely stay fit throughout pregnancy and post birth and meet new fit mums in your area.

Ora Fitness is based in our private spacious studio in central Hove with all the latest equipment, waiting room and free parking space. This allows us to be available to train you any day of the week at flexible times to suit your lifestyle. We are mobile which means we can also train you at your home, your workplace or outdoors.

At Ora Fitness our team of trainers are highly experienced and hold degrees in Sport and Exercise Science so if your new to exercise or an avid marathon runner we can help you achieve your goals for 2013
